Due to hygiene and wear considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry.
Damages / incorrect items

Clear photos of the item + packaging
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or store credit. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
Lost / stolen packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, contact the carrier first, then email us and we’ll help where we can.
Order changes / cancellations
We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after purchase. If you email us immediately, we’ll try—once an order is processed, it can’t be edited.
